  • Certificate in Stewardship

    The Certificate in Stewardship provides a robust introduction to 7 dimensions of Stewardship: Time, Talent, Trust, Treasure, Terrain, Theology, and Thanks. It is focused on how you, as a learner, can grow in your self-understanding as a steward, then share your learning with others.

  • AST Facilitated Cohort

    The AST-facilitated cohort is a group learning process with a qualified discussion leader. You will join in a group learning session (Zoom or Teams) once per week (times and dates to be determined) to discuss the teaching videos and written materials. You will view the videos and read the materials prior to the online class session. You will need a high-speed internet connection for your computer to access the materials for this program.

    After your registration is compete and you have paid your fees, you will receive a Workbook in PDF format, which includes all the materials and internet links you will need. Separately, you will be sent a password or passwords to access the online teaching videos. Finally, the cohort facilitator will contact you to organize the class sessions.

  • Self-Directed Learner

    You will need a high-speed internet connection for your computer to access the materials for this program.

    After your registration is compete and you have paid your fees, you will receive a Workbook in PDF format, which includes all the materials and internet links you will need. Separately, you will be sent a password or passwords to access the online teaching videos.

    Progress at your own pace through the materials. The Workbook enables you to follow the program independently.

  • Local Learning Group

    Groups may register to undertake their study toward the Certificate in Stewardship together in a local setting (in person or online). Each group must designate its own facilitator, who should complete and submit this form.

    It is up to the facilitator to organize the group learning process, including times, dates, and format (in person or online). For example, you could meet over a period of 7 weeks on Tuesday evenings, or do the whole program together as a weekend retreat. AST recommends that participants view the videos together in real time during your group sessions. Discussion questions are provided in the Workbook. You will need a high-speed internet connection for your computer to access the materials for this program.

    After the group’s registration is compete and you have paid your fees, you will receive a Workbook in PDF format, which includes all the materials and internet links you will need. Your group license permits you to circulate the Workbook to members of your group if they pre-register with the facilitator, but for copyright reasons, it is prohibited to share the Workbook further. Separately, the facilitator will be sent a password or passwords to access the online teaching videos.

    All participants in your group who complete the program will receive the Certificate in Stewardship from AST upon certification by the local group facilitator.
