  • ⚠️ Important Lifestyle & Building Disclosures

Before completing this application, please ensure you have read "Resident Rights & Responsibilities" by clicking here to read the document. By submitting this application, you explicitly acknowledge that you understand and accept the following structural and operational realities of AST Residence:

Physical Infrastructure: The AST Residence Building is a historic, multi-storey heritage structure featuring stair-only access with absolute-zero elevator access. Residents are entirely responsible for managing their own mobility and luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

Room Fluidity: Your final room assignment may be changed by the administration up to the day of your arrival to accommodate collective community health, medical, and accessibility needs.

The Women’s Wing: The Women’s Wing rooms, washrooms, and kitchen are strictly reserved for individuals who identify as women; guests of any other gender identity (including family and friends) are completely prohibited from entering these spaces.

Strict Scent-Reduced & Smoke-Free Campus: The entire campus is 100% smoke-free and vape-free (including all private bedrooms and outdoor grounds). Violations carry a mandatory $250.00 fine per incident and zero-warning eviction thresholds for serious misconduct.

If any of these environmental, structural, or community rules conflict with your lifestyle or personal comfort, we respectfully suggest exploring alternate housing arrangements before submitting this form.
