Important Payment Information:
This form is for one-time authorizations only; credit card data is not stored. This form is mainly used for the following circumstances:
- If the Business Office has the security deposit on file, then the returning resident must pay the security deposit difference from the last agreement to the new agreement.
- Early Arrival or Late Departure: Applies to additional days staying in residence of less than one calendar month outside the Move-In and Move-Out Dates selected on your Residence Form.
- Prefer to pay the monthly rental fee yourself via credit card instead of having your credit card information saved on our secured database to be automatically charged.
- Paying the campus parking fee.
- The next annual residence activity fee. Please be advised that the Residence Activities Fee is assessed on a per-academic-year basis and is not subject to proration. As such, the full fee applies whether a student resides in residence for one semester or for the full academic year.
- Replacing a lost residence keycard ($75 initial fee, $100 for subsequent fees).
- Upgrading room unit.
- Extending short-term stay.
